I just opened the material and I have the following comments:
 
The material looks good. It is better than the picture. Just normal changes in tone.
The  crating is very good. I like the white foam wrap you use on the crates to avoid chipping and the non corrosive clips for the strips.
The tiles are not warped and so far I have not seen "out of square” pieces.
We like the information on the crates and all the signs you include.
 
The tile is 47 1/4 instead of 48” but i understand is the conversion to cms ( 120 ) just make sure that you added correctly on the number of tiles.
Once I have pictures of the job i will send them to you for your records.
 
Also, thank you for the samples, including the “goodies” and your kind note, It is very interesting to see what other things you do.
Regarding the materials. please send me bigger pictures of the following materials:
 
East Asian White
Arabescato
Any other white polished marble you considered.
